Hi, I’m Jaclyn Lee.

I coach individuals who are ready to step out of the food struggle and step into trust, freedom, and ease with food. My work is all about helping you quiet the food noise, release the cycle of restriction and binge, and find a way of eating that actually feels like yours.

Through a mix of mindfulness, self-compassion, and practical coaching tools, I guide you to reconnect with your body and make choices that support your whole life — not just the number on a scale.

This coaching space is designed to give you the clarity and support you need to create lasting change.

I know how painful and consuming binge eating can be — because I lived in that cycle myself for years.

I spent a long time feeling out of control around food, swinging between trying to “do it right” and then feeling overwhelmed, ashamed, and frustrated when I couldn’t sustain it.

For over a decade, I’ve worked closely with people struggling with their relationship with food, helping them understand what’s actually driving their patterns and find a way out that doesn’t rely on control or punishment.

Through my own experience and hundreds of conversations with people around the country, I deeply understand both the suffering of binge eating and the path out of it.

This work is about helping people feel calmer around food, trust themselves again, and step out of the cycle for good.
